True, most scientific discoveries that have been particularly groundbreaking (the most significant one that comes to mind is Quantum Mechanics) often suggest a shift from intuition to non-intuition.

Perhaps, intuition or the 'unconscious' remain to be one step ahead of logical reasoning.
